  • For 12 pieces

 

 

  • 500 g flour
  • 300 g sugar
  • 5 tbs. cocoa powder
  • 1 tbs. chocolate powder
  • 3 tbs. gingerbread spice mix
  • 1 tbs. baking powder    
  • 5.5 dl milk
  • 2 tbs. HOLL rapeseed oil        
  • 5 tbs. millet, whole    

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate powder, gingerbread spice mix and baking powder together
  2. Gradually add the milk, then the oil to the flour mixture and stir to form a smooth dough
  3. Add the millet to the dough. Spread the mixture out on a rectangular baking tray
  4. Back at 180° for 18-23 minutes
  5. Allow to cool and cut into 12 squares
